Processing & Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Delivery Service

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48 Tracked, ensuring a reliable and trackable delivery service. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Royal Mail 48 Tracked: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as seasonal demand or postal delays.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) only. Shipping to Northern Ireland and international destinations is not available at this time.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Missed & Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking information. If there are any issues with delivery, contact us at info@waxandwords.co.uk, and we will assist you.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at info@waxandwords.co.uk as soon as possible. We will work with Royal Mail to investigate the issue and, where applicable, offer a replacement or refund.
